Paneer Kulcha is a popular North Indian stuffed flatbread made from a soft dough of all-purpose flour and yogurt, filled with a delicious mixture of crumbled paneer (cottage cheese), finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander, and aromatic spices like cumin, turmeric, amchur (dry mango powder), and red chili powder.
